Requirements

What we're looking for

Training: Higher Vocational Training (FP Superior) in Administration and Finance, Accounting, or similar.
Experience: Minimum 4 years in accounting, ideally in multinational environments; accounting closures, balance sheet reconciliations, tax management (VAT, IRPF).

What you'll get

Temporary contract (interim – replacement for sick leave).
Full-time with a schedule from 8:00 to 17:15 (flexibility from 7:30 to 8:15)
Salary: between €22,000 and €24,000 gross/year, depending on experience and training.
Initial training and ongoing support.

From our company, we are selecting an experienced ACCOUNTING profile for an important company located in MADRID.

What you'll do

Daily reconciliation of bank movements in accounting
Preparation of weekly, daily, and monthly cash flows
Coordination and response to notifications received from the administration
Recording of received invoices and expenses in the accounting software
Reconciliation of fixed assets in accounting and the accounting software module. Recording of depreciation
Recording and review of exports and imports
Preparation of support for monthly VAT and withholding taxes at national and regional levels

Knowledge

Full accounting cycle, bank reconciliations, preparation of cash flow files.
Control and recording of fixed assets (correct recording of invoices, reconciliation with depreciation…)
Handling of ERP (preferably Microsoft Dynamics NAV/Navision)
Advanced Excel (reporting, data analysis).
Support, preparation, and presentation of taxes (VAT and withholdings – State and Regional)
