Perfume and Cosmetics Sales Assistant (Disability Certificate +33%)

• Disability Certificate of 33% or higher.
• Previous experience: No previous experience in the sector is required (having worked in customer-facing roles or in retail will be positively valued).
• Availability: It is essential to have availability to work in afternoon shifts or split shifts (profiles with availability exclusively in the mornings will be excluded).
• Weekend profile: We accept profiles with availability exclusively for weekends (ideal to combine with studies).

• Initial fixed-term contract (4 or 5 months) with the option to transition to a permanent contract.
• Gross Annual Salary: 17,500 euros gross per year for full-time employment.
• Variable remuneration: Sales incentives upon transitioning to a permanent contract.
• Flexibility of shifts and schedules:
• Street-level stores: Split shift of 8 hours (from approximately 09:30 to 14:00 and from 17:30 to 21:00, Monday to Saturday with one day off).
• Shopping centers: Continuous/rotating shift of 40 hours (4 days of 6 hours and 2 days of 8 hours).
• Weekend option: Part-time employment adapted for Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays (depending on the center's opening hours).
• Professional environment: Continuous training in cosmetic and aesthetic products, and integration into a dynamic team.

• Personalized advice: Attend to customers by recommending treatment, makeup, or perfumery products according to skin type, needs, and preferences.
• Cash management and payment: Operate the cash register, process product payments, keep the checkout area tidy, and collaborate in the daily reconciliation.
• Merchandise handling: Receive, check, label, and place products on the shelves, ensuring correct facing and replenishment.
• Commercial implementation: Execute guidelines from headquarters (price changes, signage for offers, and temporary promotions).
• Maintenance and prevention: Collaborate in the maintenance, order, and cleaning planning of the sales floor and warehouse, as well as preventing incidents in the store.
