Requirements

What we're looking for

Training: Vocational Training / Intermediate or Higher Degree in Electromechanics, Industrial Maintenance, Automotive, or similar.

Experience: Between 4 and 5 years performing electromechanical maintenance and fault diagnosis functions.

Technical skills

Proven experience in the diagnosis and repair of electromechanical faults.

Personal competencies: A determined, proactive person, with a high predisposition for teamwork and motivation to learn and adapt to the specific typology of our machinery.

Nice to have

Experience or knowledge in the bodywork repair of industrial/heavy vehicles is valued.
Related sectors are highly valued: Background or experience in the maintenance of elevators/lifting equipment, forklifts, public works machinery, agricultural machinery, trucks, or industrial vehicles.

Other: Driver's license (having your own vehicle is valued for greater convenience, although the location is accessible on foot from the Renfe station).

Pay & benefits

What you'll get

Competitive salary: Between 30,000 and 32,000 gross euros/year, depending on merit and experience provided.

Working hours optimized for work-life balance:

Monday to Wednesday: 08:00 h to 14:00 h and from 15:00 h to 17:30 h.

Thursday and Friday: 08:00 h to 14:00 h (afternoons off!).

The role

At Randstad, we are looking for an Industrial and Machinery Electromechanic to join our workshop in Torrejón de Ardoz.

You will join a dynamic team within a workshop of about 20 people, working directly in a specialized section of 3 professionals. Additionally, you will enjoy a very attractive working day that will allow you to have Thursday and Friday afternoons off, a competitive salary according to your experience, and facilities with perfect communications.

What you'll do

Diagnosis and resolution of electromechanical faults in industrial machinery and special vehicles.
Mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic preventive and corrective maintenance.
Intervention and support in the repair of bodywork and mechanical components of industrial vehicles and heavy machinery (especially focused on urban waste collection equipment - RSU).
Collaborate with the workshop team to guarantee efficient, safe, and high-quality work.
