The role

Do you have experience in forklift electromechanics or thermal engines? Are you looking for a field service position with autonomy, a company van, and competitive pay with uncapped commissions? At Randstad, we are looking for candidates like you!

What you'll do

Visit customer sites to carry out preventive and corrective maintenance on the assigned machinery.

Diagnose and resolve complex mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic breakdowns directly in the field.

Perform complete repairs on diesel and gas thermal engines, including fuel injection pump calibration.

Manage and maintain handling equipment, forklifts, tractors, and agricultural or industrial machinery.

Plan routes and daily schedules with full autonomy to respond quickly to customer service calls.

Identify needs at customer facilities to generate cross-selling proposals for spare parts, accessories, or services.

Requirements

Vocational training qualification at intermediate or advanced level in Automotive, Electromechanics, Machinery, or similar fields.

Consolidated experience as a senior professional in electromechanics, maintenance of diesel/gas thermal engines, forklifts, agricultural machinery, or similar.

High technical autonomy, organizational skills, and a strong focus on resolving on-site incidents.

Valid B driving license and availability to travel daily within the assigned area.

Benefits and conditions

Very competitive salary between €30,000 and €33,000 gross per year as a base range, with a flexible budget that can increase based on the candidate's merit and experience.

Annual corporate salary review policy.

Cross-selling commission system exclusive to field technicians: 3% direct on accepted quotes generated face-to-face with the client, with no commission cap.

Company van authorized for use when travelling between the usual place of residence and the workplace.

Daily financial allowance for meal expenses.

Working hours that promote work-life balance: Monday to Thursday from 08:00 to 17:30 (with 1 hour for lunch) and Friday with a continuous working day from 08:00 to 13:30.

Structured integration and onboarding plan during the first month in the workshop and initial accompaniment on field visits.
