The role

Do you have experience in the administrative area, sales monitoring, purchasing and importing? At Randstad, we are looking for you....

What you'll do

Administration (≈50 %): invoicing and basic accounting management in Holded, expense control via a ticketing system, and the implementation of new tools such as CRM and AI automations.
Purchasing and importing (≈25 %): email communication with international suppliers

(Israel, USA and Germany), order and shipment tracking, coordination with the customs agent and import documentation, with a view to progressively taking over the management of the DUA.

Sales monitoring (≈25 %): control of orders, deliveries and collections alongside the sales team.

Requirements

Essential:

Availability for immediate start.

Experience in the position

C1 in English.

Expert handling and knowledge of AI.

Highly valued:

Knowledge of the world of ophthalmology, optics and associated technologies.
Notions of foreign trade and customs (Incoterms, DUA).
Spoken English. German or Hebrew, a plus.
