Requirements

What we're looking for

Full availability to work in rotating shifts (morning, afternoon, and split shift) and to adapt to weekly rotation.
Possession of a personal vehicle to commute to the workplace located in Valle-Niza.
Tolerance for continuous work in refrigerated environments / cold zone. Availability to start at the end of August.

Nice to have

Previous experience in fruit handling, cutting, or packing positions (valued, but not essential).
Possession of a valid forklift license (valued, but not essential).

What you'll get

Salary remuneration of 9.90 — gross per hour worked.

-Working day from Monday to Saturday with one rotating day off per week.

Rotating shifts with weekly scheduling and planning: Morning shift: from 06:00 to 14:30 h. Afternoon shift: from 13:30 to 22:00 h. Split shift: from 11:00 to 20:30 h. With the corresponding breaks.

The role

Are you looking to join a prominent agricultural campaign within the fruit sector? We offer you the opportunity to join a dynamic work team for the upcoming mango harvesting and processing season. This position will allow you to contribute your experience or start your career in a consolidated agro-industrial environment, participating directly in the production and conditioning process of first-class fresh fruit.

What you'll do

Performing mango cutting and pitting tasks in a conditioned room (cold working environment).
Handling, weighing, packing, and final product conditioning tasks on the production line.
Selection and visual quality control of the fruit according to the required standards.
Maintenance of hygiene, order, and safety at the workstation.

How you'll work

Start date planned for the last week of August for the beginning of the mango campaign.
