Compliance supervision: Preparation and review of periodic tax returns (CIT, VAT, IRPF, withholdings, transfer pricing).

Inspections and litigation: Representation and defense of the company or client before the Tax Administration (Hacienda, TEAC, via contentious-administrative proceedings).

Transfer pricing: Preparation or review of Master File and Local File documentation.

Corporate restructurings: Advisory on merger, acquisition (M&A), spin-off, or asset restructuring operations.
