Senior Tax Specialist

You are the ideal candidate if...

• You hold a degree in Accounting, Finance, Law, Business Administration, or a related field.

• You have knowledge of general taxation: Corporate Income Tax, Personal Income Tax, VAT (and SII), Transfer Tax and Stamp Duty, Non-Resident Income Tax, and Local Taxes.

• You have a minimum of 8 years of experience in taxation, preferably in corporate or multinational environments.

• You have a solid understanding of national and international tax legislation.

• You possess strong analytical skills and experience handling large volumes of information.

• You have technical judgment, autonomy, and the ability to work with various internal and external stakeholders.

• You have a high level of English.

We are currently looking to hire a SENIOR TAX SPECIALIST to join the Finance Department, at our head offices located in Sils.

• Ensure the company's tax compliance, overseeing the accurate preparation, review, and submission of all tax obligations.

• Continuously analyze national and international tax regulations, assessing their impact on the business and anticipating potential risks and opportunities.

• Provide tax advice to management and various internal teams, offering a technical and strategic perspective in decision-making.

• Collaborate with other company departments to identify tax optimization opportunities and ensure the correct application of tax criteria.

• Prepare reports, analyses, and supporting documentation related to the company's tax affairs.

• Actively participate in tax audits, coordinating communication with external auditors and resolving issues or requirements related to taxes.

• Collaborate on improving tax processes, controls, and procedures, contributing to more efficient and robust management.

• Stay up-to-date on relevant tax laws and regulations.
