The role

What you'll do

As a Traffic Manager, you will be part of the operations team and your main responsibilities will be:

Attending to customer requests by providing the solution best adapted to their needs.
Organizing transport, always ensuring the best possible quality and cost conditions.
Accompanying the service execution, intervening agilely to minimize incidents or delays.
Expansion (prospecting, acquiring, and retaining customers) and exhaustive maintenance of the assigned customer portfolio.
