Traffic Manager in Barcelona

We are looking for a Traffic Manager to join a Barcelona-based company, focused on national and international transport with a strong emphasis on transit with France.

As such, being part of the Catalonia headquarters, your mission will be to take charge of both the operational side and customer relations.

• Manage and maintain relationships with existing clients, ensuring their satisfaction.
• Route and incident management, contact with drivers, as well as other tasks related to the operational side.
• Previous experience as a Traffic Manager or Traffic Operator.
• Exceptional communication skills.
• Results orientation and the ability to work autonomously.
• High proficiency in French. Other languages are valued.
