Requirements

What we're looking for

Education: Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Business Sciences, or similar.

Specialization: Specialization in Banking Products and Services will be valued. Advanced knowledge of Foreign Trade products (Documentary Credits and Remittances) is essential.

Languages: Spanish and advanced English (written and spoken).

Tools: Advanced proficiency in office tools (Office).

Knowledge of CaixaBank's Financial Terminal (CABK) will be positively valued.

Competencies: Management capacity, attention to critical operations, focus on quality, and collaborative teamwork.

What you'll get

Flexible start and end times from 7-9 to complete 7h 45' per day with 1h 15' for lunch; Fridays are intensive shifts from 8:00h to 14:30h.
Remuneration: 1900 gross euros /month + meal allowance of 13.55 euros daily from Monday to Thursday.

We are looking for an Administrative Operations Manager to join a major subsidiary of operational and technological services belonging to a large leading financial group in Spain.

What you'll do

Management of COMEX operations: Daily handling of Import and Export Documentary Credits, as well as Import and Export Remittances. Operational and business monitoring: Control of provider execution and monitoring of operations with the greatest business weight and daily volume. Quality control and incidents: Monitoring of qualitative and quantitative KPIs, incident resolution, and coordination of external back offices. Channel coordination: Active management of internal and external departmental mailboxes and continuous support in daily work with your colleagues.
