Requirements

What we're looking for

-Degree or Master's in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related degrees.

-Minimum 4 years performing calculation, design, budgeting, and development of mechanical and air conditioning installations.

Proficiency in HVAC systems, current regulations (RITE), and fluent handling of blueprints and technical documentation.

-Problem-solving capacity, technical rigor, and commercial/client orientation. Highly valued: Knowledge and experience in plumbing, fire protection (PCI), and electrification.

The role

At Randstad, we are looking for a Facilities Project Engineer with an analytical vision. If you want to be part of high-impact projects in the residential and tertiary sectors, this opportunity is for you!

What you'll do

-Analyze client requests (projects, blueprints, measurements, and specifications) and prepare the technical study and economic proposal in the residential, office, etc. sectors.

-Study and analyze projects, blueprints, and technical documentation

-Prepare and review budgets, measurements, and offers

-Develop technical solutions and improvement proposals (variants)

-Calculate and develop air conditioning and HVAC installations

-Resolve incidents and technical inquiries with the client

-Control execution and deadlines

How you'll work

Schedule from Monday to Thursday from 08:00 to 17:00 h and intensive Fridays from 08:00 to 15:00 h. -Permanent contract in a collaborative environment with challenging technical projects.
