Requirements

What we're looking for

Degree in Industrial Engineering, with specialization in electricity, maintenance, HVAC, industrial installations, or related areas.
A minimum of 5 years of experience in the maintenance of buildings, industrial facilities, technical centers, or high-availability environments.
Experience in team management, budget preparation and control, and the planning and execution of technical projects.
Proficiency in planning, budgeting, and maintenance management tools.
Knowledge of technical regulations, occupational risk prevention, and facility safety.

Valued requirements

Nice to have

Experience in audiovisual environments, broadcasting centers, studios, production companies, sets, or similar facilities.
Knowledge of maintenance management systems (CMMS) and CAD or technical management tools.
Complementary training in project management, energy efficiency, or occupational risk prevention.
Experience in contracting, negotiation, and supervision of providers.

The role

What you'll do

Plan, coordinate, and supervise the preventive and corrective maintenance of electrical, HVAC, plumbing, lighting, sanitation, and other auxiliary systems, diagnosing and resolving faults to minimize their impact on audiovisual activity.
Organize and direct the technical maintenance team, distributing tasks, priorities, and workloads, and coordinating actions with the various production areas.
Manage the relationship with maintenance companies, contractors, and external providers, including the request, analysis, and comparison of technical and economic offers.
Prepare and control the department's budgets, performing monitoring of costs, consumption, purchases, materials, and spare parts, and proposing measures in the face of possible deviations.
Design, plan, and develop projects for the renovation, improvement, expansion, or renewal of facilities, ensuring their correct execution in terms of quality, cost, and deadline.
Keep technical and regulatory records and documentation up to date, guaranteeing regulatory compliance and promoting improvements in facility reliability, energy efficiency, and resource optimization.
