The role

Are you an agricultural engineer or agronomist passionate about fieldwork? Are you looking for an opportunity to grow in a family-owned company with over 50 years of experience in the fresh fruit sector? At Randstad, we have the ideal position for you!

What you'll do

Planning, monitoring, and control of phytosanitary treatments.
Monitoring crop status, production evolution, and detection of pests or diseases.
Coordination with the production team to ensure the correct execution of agricultural work.
Tracking phenological stages, yields, and harvest forecasts.
Participation in technical decision-making to optimize productivity and efficiency of the farms.

Requirements

Academic background in Agricultural Engineering, Agronomic Engineering, or a similar degree.
Previous experience in stone fruit and/or sweet fruit production will be valued.
Open profiles: we value both experienced candidates and junior profiles with a solid technical foundation and a willingness to learn.
Practical, resourceful profile with initiative and the ability to work directly in the field.
Availability to work in the Lleida, Zaragoza, or Fraga area.

Benefits and conditions

Indicative salary of €40,000 gross per year, adjustable based on the candidate's experience and autonomy.
30 days of annual vacation (15 days at Christmas and 15 flexible days outside the campaign period).
