The role

At TROPS, we are looking to incorporate a Jr profile into our Production team to collaborate in the planning, organization, monitoring, and optimization of production processes, contributing to improving the efficiency and performance of our facilities.

What you'll do

Respond to and analyze incidents and possible improvements.

Manage stocks.

Production control.

Analysis of times, workflows, and detection of inefficiencies in operational processes.

Proposals for improvement ideas.

What are we looking for?

Degree education: Agronomist, Industrial Organization, Processes, Industrial, Chemistry, or Master's in Industrial Organization Engineering, or in Production, or in Supply Chain Management, or Operations Management in Industrial Organization and Management.
