What we're looking for

Practical experience: Industrial technical profile coming from sectors such as locksmithing, metal carpentry, or mechanical maintenance.

Mechanical skills: Fluent handling of angle grinders, hand tools, and welding techniques.

Physical condition: Position with a high requirement of physical strength for the manual handling and conditioning of heavy molds.

Mobility and location: It is essential to have your own vehicle and reside a maximum of 30 minutes from Móstoles.

Availability: Ability to work in weekly rotating shifts (Morning: 07:00 to 15:00 | Afternoon: 15:00 to 23:00 | Night: 23:00 to 07:00)

Education & certifications

ESO qualification or certification of intermediate, higher, etc. degree.

The role

For our Móstoles plant, linked to a top-tier Canadian group and in the midst of an expansion process with the construction of a new plant, we are selecting a Tooling Maintenance First-Class Skilled Tradesperson.

If you have experience in the industrial sector, dexterity in the use of hand tools, and are looking for job stability working for clients of the caliber of Ford and Jaguar, this is your opportunity!

What you'll do

Inspection and maintenance: Tuning up injection and metal molds, machinery, and overhead cranes.

Technical repair: Conditioning of molds through sanding, scraping, polishing, and the removal of imperfections or defects caused by accumulated use.

Tool handling: Daily use of hand tools, angle grinders, and welding for relevant repairs.

Transfer and infrastructure: Movement of heavy molds from the production area to the specific maintenance zone using the overhead crane.
