The role

At Randstad, we are selecting an Industrial Maintenance Technician to join Bergé, a leading company in logistics and industrial services.

If you are looking for a stable project in the industrial sector, where you can apply your knowledge of preventive and corrective maintenance in large-scale facilities and machinery, this is your opportunity!

What you'll do

Preventive and corrective maintenance: Diagnosis and repair of mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic faults in the plant/terminal machinery.

Inspection of facilities: Periodic review of equipment to guarantee optimal operation and minimize downtime.

Incident management: Rapid technical assistance in the event of failures on the line or in key operational equipment.

Safety and regulations: Ensuring strict compliance with Occupational Risk Prevention (PRL) and environmental standards in all interventions.

Completion of work reports: Recording of faults, spare parts used, and tasks performed in the management system.

Requirements

Training: FPII / Higher Degree in Maintenance of Thermal and Fluid Installations, Industrial Mechatronics, Electromechanics, or similar.

Experience: Minimum 2-3 years in industrial maintenance positions or in a high-volume port/logistics environment.

Technical skills

Interpretation of electrical diagrams and mechanical blueprints.

Proficiency in hydraulics, pneumatics, and industrial electricity.

Valuable: Forklift license, scissor lift license, or specific training for working at heights.

Competencies: Problem-solving ability, autonomy, teamwork, and commitment to safety.

Benefits and conditions

Morning shift from 7:00 to 15:00
Renewable contract.

Weekends and holidays off.
