The role

At Ananda, we are looking for an Industrial Director (M/F) to lead a solid project within a company specialized in the development of machinery and automation solutions for the plastics industry.

If you have strategic vision, are passionate about optimizing processes, and know how to turn teams and production into results, this is your opportunity!

What you'll do

Functions:

Comprehensive management of industrial processes: from design and engineering to manufacturing and commissioning.
Leadership of multidisciplinary teams (engineering, production, assembly), driving their performance and coordination.
Optimization of production processes, including industrial control systems (PLCs, SCADA, MES, IIoT).
Supervision of operations, quality, safety, and regulatory compliance.
Coordination with clients, suppliers, and internal departments to improve competitiveness, costs, and lead times.
Monitoring results and strategic reporting to the management committee.

Requirements

Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial Design, Mechatronics, or similar).
More than 10 years of experience in industrial management within the machinery or manufacturing sector.
Knowledge of cost management, production efficiency, and profitability.
Knowledge of AutoCAD and programming.
Strategic profile, with leadership skills and decision-making ability.
Availability to travel as required by business needs and to represent the company at industry events.

What we offer

Schedule: Monday to Friday, from 7:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.
Salary: to be agreed with the company.
Contract: Permanent.
