The role

Do you have experience in the wood sector and especially in pallet construction? Keep reading, because this is of interest to you!

What you'll do

Control of automatic nailers: Industrial pallets are not nailed by hand one by one; large automatic production lines are used. The machine operator sets up and feeds this machinery with the wooden boards and blocks.
Adjustment of measurements: Adapt the machinery according to the technical specifications of the pallet to be manufactured.
Handling of mitre saws and industrial saws: Cutting the wooden planks and logs to the exact lengths required for the structure of the pallet or agricultural pallet.
Supervision of calibration: Ensuring that the thickness and width of the wood comply with strength regulations.
Execute the cutting programs.
Continuously supervise the process.
Detect incidents during manufacturing.
Perform adjustments when necessary.

Requirements

Education: Secondary Education

Knowledge: Forklift license (not essential),

Knowledge of machinery.

Class B driver's license.

Experience: 1 year
