Requirements

What we're looking for

Availability to work full-time under rotating shift modalities (morning/afternoon) from Monday to Sunday.
Availability to complete the 3-day initial training.
Own vehicle (car or motorcycle) is essential to ensure independent travel to the workplace located in La Bisbal del Penedès.
Proactive person, highly oriented toward teamwork and committed to safety and health regulations in the warehouse.
Holding a forklift license is valued.
Demonstrable previous experience in the described duties is valued (especially in operating a reach truck and order picking at height for technical positions) but not essential.

Pay & benefits

What you'll get

Competitive salary:

Warehouse Worker profile: 12.87 euros gross/hour.

Forklift Operator and Order Picker at height profile: 13.31 euros gross/hour.

Renewable 1-month contracts, with real possibilities of continuity and joining the company's internal structure.
Full-time: rotating morning shifts (6am to 2pm) and afternoon shifts (2pm to 10pm) from Monday to Sunday.
Initial 3-day training period at the start of the contract to ensure your safety.
Availability to start in the coming weeks
It will not be essential to have theoretical-practical training on the machinery, as Randstad will make its Skill School available to candidates to provide the necessary training and accreditation.

What you'll do

Depending on the assigned profile (Warehouse Worker or Forklift Operator), your main responsibilities will be:

Loading, unloading, and placing goods smoothly and safely on a platform over 13 meters high.
Preparing orders and performing picking tasks at height using specific machinery.
Moving pallets and storing large volumes using a reach truck.
Warehouse support duties, receiving, verifying goods, and maintaining order in the workplace.
