What you'll get

Direct indefinite hiring onto the permanent staff from day one (30-day probationary period).

The role

Do you have experience in the application of decorative, commercial, or advertising vinyls and are you looking for job stability? We are looking for you! We are selecting a Vinyl Application and Signage Technician to join a major company in the sector with an indefinite contract.

What you'll do

As part of the production and finishing team in the workshop, your main functions will be:

Application of adhesive vinyls: Preparation, cutting, positioning, and mounting of vinyls on various rigid and flexible substrates.

Laminating machinery handling: Direct operation with an automatic roller vinyl application machine.

Precision finishing techniques: Use of manual tools such as felt squeegees, precision cutters, and measuring elements to ensure finishes without imperfections, wrinkles, or bubbles.

Use of heat guns: Molding and thermoforming of vinyl on curved surfaces, rivets, and relief (valued).

Workshop quality control: Verification of the correct finish of the final product and conditioning for shipment.

Requirements

Minimum demonstrable experience as a vinyl applicator, sign maker, or installer in companies within the signage, graphic arts, or outdoor advertising sectors.

Operational mastery of an automatic roller vinyl application machine.

Familiarity with the behavior of monomeric, polymeric, cast, and micro-perforated vinyls.

Maximum precision, thoroughness, and attention to detail in finishes. 13 Versatility, initiative, and orientation toward dynamic workshop work.
