About the role

We are looking for an Incident Operator to join our team in a high-traffic and dynamic environment.

The selected person will be responsible for ensuring efficient management of incidents that may arise during daily activities at the various facilities, ensuring a rapid response and smooth communication with the coordination staff.

What you'll do

Main duties:

Management and reporting: Report and escalate any incident detected through the digital management system.

User service: Resolve immediate issues related to any type of incident, whether maintenance, medical, user service, IT, cleaning...

Coordination: Maintain constant communication with maintenance, security, and facility coordination staff.

Follow-up: Generate alerts and track the resolutions of reported incidents to ensure quality of service.

Record keeping: Update the historical database of incidents, types, and zones to facilitate analysis and continuous improvement of the service.

How you'll work

Availability to work the evening shift

Evening shift schedule: Monday to Friday from 2:00 PM to 6:30 PM or 6:30 PM to 11:30 PM

Requirements

Customer service skills and ability to resolve conflicts in active situations.

Ability to work with digital tools (forms, mobile/tablet environment).

Proactivity and autonomy in escalating incidents.

Proficiency in Catalan and Spanish (English level will be valued).
