Reporting to the Section / Workshop Supervisor, your main responsibilities will be:
CNC Preparation and Bending: Setup, parameter adjustment, and operation of numerical control press brake machines (AMADA or TRUMPF).
Blueprint Reading: Reading and interpreting technical manufacturing drawings, bend radii, sheet metal development, and dimensional tolerances.
Tool Selection and Assembly: Selection, assembly, and alignment of punches, dies, and bending tools according to the required material and thickness.
Quality Self-Control: Dimensional verification of processed parts using metrology instruments (calipers, protractors, micrometers).
First-Level Maintenance: Basic preventive maintenance of the machine (workstation cleaning, lubrication, and care of bending tools).
Schedule and Availability: Availability to work in rotating Morning, Afternoon, and Night shifts (M-A-N):
Morning Shift: 06:00 to 14:00 h
Afternoon Shift: 14:00 to 22:00 h
Night Shift: 22:00 to 06:00 h
Location and Mobility: Residence near Riba-roja de Túria, with own vehicle to access the workplace.
