The role

At Randstad, we are opening a new temporary position as a PRODUCTION OPERATOR.

What you'll do

Reporting to the production department, your duties will be:

Supplying materials/products to the machines, ensuring the continuous production process.
Visual and technical inspection of the final product to guarantee the standards established by the company.
Checking the quantity of items in accordance with internal procedures and regulations.
Preparing and maintaining reports for the area manager.

Requirements

Intermediate or advanced vocational training, bachelor's degree, or diploma.
Ability to work in a team, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail.

Previous experience in similar companies or sectors will be valued.

Salary according to the collective agreement of 21,000 - 22,000 euros gross per year.
Temporary contract with possibility of continuity.
Full-time working hours of 40 hours per week with rotating shifts: morning - afternoon - night, allowing you to balance work and personal life.
