The role

MANPOWER is selecting Production Operators (M/F/X) to work for a renowned pharma sector company located in Zaragoza.

Job responsibilities:
Operate and control machinery and equipment in the chemical plant, ensuring the correct functioning of processes.
Perform tasks involving the preparation, loading, and unloading of raw materials and finished products.
Follow established safety, quality, and environmental procedures.
Perform visual inspections and quality controls during production.
Record production data and maintain up-to-date documentation.
Collaborate in basic maintenance tasks and cleaning of the facilities.

Required skills and qualifications:
Intermediate or Higher Vocational Training, training in Industrial Chemistry, Pharmacy, or similar will be positively valued.
Previous experience in chemical or industrial production environments.
Knowledge in machinery handling and process control.
Ability to follow technical instructions and safety procedures.
Ability to work in a team and under pressure.
Availability to work in rotating morning, afternoon, and night shifts.
Commitment to safety, quality, and the environment.
