At Randstad, we are selecting a Workshop Operator passionate about precision and well-done work to join a dynamic and constantly growing team. If you master laser sheet metal cutting and are looking for a professional industrial environment to continue developing your skills, this offer is for you!

What you'll do

Laser cutting operations: Loading, adjusting, and supervising laser cutting machinery for metal sheet processing.

Blueprint interpretation: Reading technical drawings and manufacturing orders for the correct execution of the order.

Quality control: Dimensional and visual verification of cut parts using measuring instruments (caliper, micrometer).

Material management: Loading raw material (sheet metal) and unloading, sorting, and palletizing finished parts.

Basic maintenance: First-level preventive tasks for the laser machine and maintaining order and cleanliness in the work area.

Requirements

Technical experience: Demonstrable knowledge and previous experience in laser sheet metal cutting.

Mobility: Having your own car to travel to the workplace is essential.

Valuable: Operation of overhead cranes and/or forklifts, and training in the metal sector (Machining, Boilermaking, or similar).

Attitude: Responsible, organized person, with attention to detail and the ability to work in a team.

Benefits and conditions

Hiring: Contract through a temporary employment agency (ETT) with a real option of joining the permanent staff based on performance.

Salary: According to collective agreement

Working day: Full-time, 3 shifts: 6:00-14:00, 14:00-22:00, 22:00-6:00

Work environment: Joining a solid company with modern equipment and good occupational health and safety conditions.
