The role

Do you have experience in industrial garment manufacturing and are you motivated to work with technical fabrics in a real production environment? We are looking to hire a person for our workshop to perform cutting, sewing and handling of textiles destined for audiovisual productions, with a focus on quality, safety and deadlines.

Your mission: Perform garment manufacturing, cutting and handling of technical fabrics for audiovisual productions, guaranteeing the quality of the final product, compliance with safety standards and established deadlines.

What you'll do

Cutting of technical fabrics according to work orders.
Manufacturing and sewing of curtains, backdrops and other textile elements.
Eyelet installation.
Folding, preparation and packaging of the finished product.
Operation of industrial sewing and cutting machinery.
Use of manual tools (scissors, cutter, rulers, etc.).
Compliance with quality, order, cleanliness and OSH standards.
Collaboration with the workshop manager and the production team.

Standard machinery

Industrial sewing machines (Juki, Brother, Kansai...).
Eyelet machines.
Guillotines and cutting tables.
Manual tools and workshop auxiliaries.

Profile we are looking for

Previous experience in a textile workshop, industrial sewing or garment manufacturing.
Training in sewing/fashion/industrial garment manufacturing (valued).
Basic operation of industrial sewing machines.
Knowledge of cutting and handling of fabrics.
Ability to follow technical instructions and work orders.
Attention to detail, manual dexterity, teamwork, responsibility and order.

Conditions

Full-time: 37.5 h/week
Weekly rotating shifts: Morning: 7:00 to 14:30
Afternoon: 14:30 to 22:00
On-site work in the workshop (Colmenar Viejo, Madrid).
