Industrial Machinery Operator

Would you like to work 6-hour shifts and istas.

• The initial contract will run until March 7, 2027, with the possibility of joining the permanent staff. In addition, at Adecco
• Integrated management of the spinning and drawing process (Spin-drawing).
• Supervision of the passage of liquid polymer through the spinnerets to ensure the correct formation of multifilaments.
• Control of the mechanical drawing process to ensure proper molecular alignment, guaranteeing the maximum mechanical strength of the final product.
• Performance of general operator tasks to ensure the smooth flow of the production chain.

Full availability to work rotating shifts (morning, afternoon, and night).

• Own vehicle essential for travel to the facilities (the use of the bus network is only viable if you reside in the same urban area of Barbastro).
• Ability to handle machinery and attention to detail in technical processes.

• Initial hiring through temporary monthly contracts, with a real and demonstrable possibility of joining the company's permanent in-house staff.
• Highly competitive salary of €11.68 gross per hour.
• Working days from Monday to Friday, allowing rest on weekends.
• Organized through a rotating shift system of mornings, afternoons, and nights (European 7-5 shift system).

• Control, configuración y supervisión continua de maquinaria industrial.
• Gestión integral del proceso de hilatura y estirado (Spin-drawing).
• Supervisión del paso del polímero líquido a través de las boquillas (hileras) para la correcta formación de multifilamentos.
• Control del proceso de estirado mecánico para asegurar la alineación molecular adecuada, garantizando la máxima resistencia mecánica del producto final.
• Realización de tareas generales de operario u operaria para asegurar el correcto flujo de la cadena de producción.

-Disponibilidad total para trabajar en turnos rotativos (mañana, tarde y noche).

• Vehículo propio imprescindible para el desplazamiento hasta las instalaciones (el uso de la red de autobuses solo es viable si resides en el mismo núcleo urbano de Barbastro).
• Capacidad para el manejo de maquinaria y atención al detalle en procesos técnicos.

• Contratación inicial mediante contratos mensuales temporales, con una posibilidad real y demostrable de pasar a formar parte de la plantilla interna de la empresa.
• Salario altamente competitivo de 11,68 euros brutos por hora.
• Jornada de lunes a viernes, permitiendo el descanso durante los fines de semana.
• Organización mediante sistema de turnos rotativos de mañana, tarde y noche (sistema de turno europeo 7-5).
