Mechanic Technician

We are looking for a person with vocational training in the field of mechanics, industrial maintenance, or mechatronics, with a high awareness of safety and an orientation toward continuous improvement, to carry out a replacement as a Mechanical Technician and ensure the proper mechanical functioning of the factory's machines and facilities, under the required quality parameters and complying with safety and environmental regulations.

YOUR DAY-TO-DAY...

You will be part of the Technical Service area and your main functions will be:

• Maintain the machines and facilities of the position according to established technical standards, ensuring their correct functioning.
• Perform maintenance of the general factory facilities.
• Monitor and control machine lubrication, parts, and facility operation.
• Attend to the maintenance and repair of Tinplate, Filling, Packaging, and Palletizing lines.
• Repair mechanical breakdowns and participate in the assembly of new facilities.
• Carry out format changes on the various factory lines and perform frequent adjustments to the facilities.
• Perform preventive maintenance actions during downtime.
• Actively participate in continuous improvement routines and in compliance with safety, quality, GMP, and environmental standards.

• Rotating morning, afternoon, and night shifts

• Higher Level Vocational Training in a specialty related to Mechanics, Industrial Maintenance, Industrial Mechatronics, Mechanical Manufacturing, or similar.
• Experience in a similar position in an industrial environment.
• Knowledge of electricity, pneumatics, and programmable logic controllers is valued.
• Capacity for learning and adaptation, high awareness of safety, and ease of working in a team.
• A rigorous, methodical, disciplined person, autonomous in the execution of work and with good time management.
