What we're looking for

-At least 2 years of previous experience in industrial environments

-Availability for immediate start

-Technical or professional training in Production, Mechanics, Electronics, or related areas.

-Familiarity with basic IT tools (such as production control systems).

-Attention to detail, responsibility, and commitment to safety.

- Availability to work rotating shifts.

-Basic level of English (desirable)

Pay & benefits

What you'll get

Salary according to collective agreement of 28,000 gross euros per year.

Between 3 and 4 working days per week, 12 hours in duration, in shifts of 6:00-18:00 and 18:00-6:00. Two weekends per month are worked.

The role

What you'll do

-Operate and supervise the assigned machine according to quality and safety standards.

-Perform visual inspections and measurements to guarantee product quality.

-Identify and report any deviation or anomaly in the production process.

-Execute basic preventive maintenance tasks.

-Collaborate with the maintenance team when technical failures occur.

-Keep the work area clean and orderly, complying with hygiene and safety regulations.

-Record production data and ensure its accuracy.

-Participate in technical and safety training offered by the company.

-Suggest continuous improvements in production processes.

-Work in a team to achieve production and quality objectives.
