The role

We are looking for an experienced Industrial Painter to join our production team in a company dedicated to industrial transformation. The selected person will be responsible for the coating and finishing of metal parts and industrial components, guaranteeing the quality standards of the final product.

What you'll do

Surface preparation (cleaning, degreasing, sanding, and priming).

Application of industrial paint (airless spray, airmix, powder/electrostatic, or liquid depending on requirements).

Mixing and preparation of paints, catalysts, and solvents in compliance with technical regulations.

Visual quality control of the finish (thickness, adhesion, and drying).

Cleaning and preventive maintenance of painting equipment and the work area.

Strict compliance with occupational risk prevention (ORP) regulations and use of PPE.

Requirements

Previous experience as an Industrial Painter in the metal or industrial transformation sector.

Full availability to work in rotating Morning, afternoon, and night shifts.

Handling of tools and industrial paint application equipment.

Proactive person, detail-oriented, and with the ability to work in a team.

Benefits and conditions

Salary: 12.40 €/hour gross + bonuses according to collective agreement
