Requirements

What we're looking for

An active, organized person with initiative to collaborate in different phases of the manufacturing process.

Basic or intermediate use of IT tools (email, spreadsheets, file management).

Ability to perform manual work and moderate physical effort typical of workshop work.

Nice to have

Residency in Castro Urdiales or surrounding areas, as well as a driver's license and own vehicle, will be positively valued.

The role

We are looking for a Workshop Assistant to join the production team, taking on general support tasks and operational management.

What you'll do

General workshop support: Direct collaboration with artisans and technicians in material preparation, sanding, base painting, assembly, loading/unloading, and maintaining order in the work area.

IT management and office support: Auxiliary computer tasks (basic inventory control, material registration, labeling, reviewing project files, and reporting incidents).

Assembly assistance: Occasional support in the installation and preparation of structures both at the facilities and at event locations.

How you'll work

Regular schedule from Monday to Friday: from 8:00 to 13:00 h and from 14:30 to 18:30 h (weekends off, except for specific agreed-upon campaigns).
