People accustomed to working in ports who have contributed at least 100 days to the Seafarers' Social Security Scheme or who are qualified in the following training programs (the training must have been completed before May 2017):

-Vocational training in operation, control and maintenance of ship machinery.

-Vocational training in operation and maintenance of construction machinery.

-Vocational training in consumer electronics equipment.

-Vocational training in electrotechnical equipment or in electrical and automatic installations.

-Vocational training in vehicle electromechanics.

-Vocational training in machinery electromechanics.

-Vocational training in assembly and maintenance of refrigeration installations.

-Vocational training in electromechanical installation and maintenance.

-Higher vocational training in navigation, fishing and maritime transport.

-Higher vocational training in supervision and control of machinery.

-Higher vocational training in development of electronic products.

-Higher vocational training in automatic regulation and control systems.

-Higher vocational training in electrotechnical installations.

-Higher vocational training in automotive engineering.
