The role

Are you passionate about the world of hospitality and customer service but don't know where to start?

Do you have experience in catering or fast food and would like to make the leap to hotel chains? Would you like to undergo theoretical-practical training at one of our clients in order to begin working there?

Are you looking for a profession with a stable future and international projection as a kitchen assistant or a waiter/waitress assistant?

Do you want to train alongside the best professionals without the need for previous experience?

What you'll do

Through our intensive training program, we will prepare you to master the essential functions of entry-level hotel staff:

-Kitchen Assistant: You will learn preparation techniques, raw material management, and the pace of a high-level kitchen.

-Waiter/Waitress Assistant: You will master the art of customer service, dining room service, and excellence in treatment, fundamental pillars of hospitality.

Requirements

-Attitude and desire to learn.

-Customer orientation: Ability to anticipate guest needs with a smile.

-Empathy, teamwork, assertive communication, and problem-solving.

-Geographical mobility: It is indispensable to have means of transport to travel to the workplaces in the areas of Adeje and Guía de Isora.

-Previous experience in catering will be positively valued, although it is not an exclusion if your attitude is right.
