Requirements

What we're looking for

Degree: University degree in Business Administration and Management (ADE), Accounting, or Finance.

Experience: Between 3 and 5 years in project management, auditing, accounting control, or the implementation of financial tools.

Languages: English C1 (essential). Proficiency in French will be positively valued.

Technical knowledge: Advanced level of Excel, a solid accounting/financial foundation, and notions of budget management.

Key competencies: Ability to synthesize to simplify complex concepts, analytical rigor, customer orientation, and a problem-solving mindset.

The role

We are looking for a Project Manager to join the TRUST (TRaining, USer´s onboarding & Tom) team. In this role, you will lead the onboarding process of end users to our platform, ensuring the implementation and certification of accounting controls.

What you'll do

Your main duties

Structure definition: Design the platform structure for each entity.

Access and jurisdiction management: Configure and maintain consistency in jurisdiction and permissions within the platform tools.

Interdisciplinary coordination: Collaborate with the FIP, Migration, and Orchestra teams for the deployment of accounting control tools.

Training and coaching: Design and deliver training sessions, primarily adapted for non-financial profiles.

Evolutionary support: Support the FIP teams with new interfaces and platform evolutions.

How you'll work

Long-term temporary contract

Schedule: Monday to Friday from 09:00 to 18:00 h.
