1 to 2 years of experience in the area of Strategic Transformation of the Finance Function

The role

From the Finance Strategy & Operations team, we are looking for a junior consultant at our Madrid office.

In a context where digital and business disruption requires greater agility and adaptability, we support CFOs in transformation processes to optimize organizations, their processes, and their operations, turning Finance into a strategic partner for the business and a driver of transformation for the rest of the company.

What do you need to know?

What you'll do

Design and implementation of new Operating Models (CSCs, GBSs, CoEs, etc.)
Cost reduction through the reorganization of the Finance area.
Business Case and feasibility analysis, with a focus on the valuation and monitoring of investments and savings captured during the implementation phase.
Experience in optimizing and redesigning financial processes with an End-to-End approach (Purchase to Pay, Record to Report, Order to Cash, Plan to Perform, Acquire to Retire...).
PMO in transformation projects related to technology
Knowledge and use of digital solutions to improve financial functions and processes (Process Mining, RPA/MA, Gen AI, etc.)
