About the role

What you'll do

Entry Level Position:

  • Interview Coordination: You will work with recruiters to schedule interviews for more than 20 candidates per week and manage the signing of Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs), ensuring timely communication and coordination.
  • Onboarding Management: You will coordinate and execute onboarding tasks for new employees, processing transactions and collaborating with internal teams to ensure all documentation is accurate and completed within established deadlines.
  • Audit and Compliance: You will review and audit details of job offers and contracts to ensure regulatory compliance, maintaining accurate records and supporting the application of fair hiring practices.
  • Strategic Projects: You will contribute to strategic projects across the global Talent Acquisition team, helping us improve selection processes and leading candidate evaluation activities during high-volume campaigns.

Requirements

Highly organized person with an interest in Human Resources (no experience required) and a very high level of English.
