Route Merchandiser

Licenses: A valid driver's license is essential for operating the company vehicle during the route.

Required experience: Demonstrable previous experience in shelf replenishment tasks and operational knowledge of how supermarkets and hypermarkets function.

Accreditations: Authorization or willingness to process the access accreditations required by the shopping centers on the route.

Key competencies: An autonomous, organized profile, with a commitment to morning punctuality, proactivity, and a high orientation toward detail in the visual presentation of merchandise.

Contract type: Full-time fixed-term contract due to production circumstances (initial duration from October 08, 2026, to January 10, 2027, with a real possibility of conversion to an indefinite contract and stability).

Key dates: Application deadline set for Wednesday, October 07, 2026 (includes 1 initial day of training shadowing the current position holder).

Working day and schedule: Full-time distributed from Monday to Saturday in a fixed morning shift (usual schedule from 06:00 h to 12:40 h or from 07:00 h to 13:40 h).

Work tools: Company vehicle provided to carry out the route travel through the shopping centers.

Salary: €17,156.16 gross per year (salary set according to the sector's collective agreement).

In your day-to-day, you will be the person responsible for executing the assigned commercial route through supermarkets and hypermarkets in Mallorca.

Replenishment and conditioning of merchandise: extracting product from the warehouse, placement, filling, and continuous replenishment of stock on the store shelves.

Point of sale management and visibility: performing brand setups, positioning displays, and assigned special spaces in-store following the client's guidelines.

Rotation and expiry control: continuous supervision of available stock and strict monitoring of expiration dates to guarantee optimal product quality.

Efficient route travel: management and fulfillment of the fixed itinerary from Monday to Saturday between the various commercial outlets using the provided company vehicle.
