  • Investment and Project Management: Leading and actively participating in improvement, expansion, and investment projects for new facilities and state-of-the-art machinery, from technical specification to commissioning.
  • Advanced Maintenance: Implementation and optimization of preventive, predictive, and TPM (Total Productive Maintenance) plans, maximizing the OEE of the production lines.
  • Continuous Improvement: Application of Lean methodologies and advanced troubleshooting (RCA - Root Cause Analysis) to reduce unwanted downtime and increase plant efficiency.
  • Safety and Quality: Ensuring strict compliance with the Occupational Risk Prevention (ORP) culture during technical interventions and with Food Safety regulations (IFS, BRC) in the design and maintenance of equipment.
