As the head of the area, your primary mission will be to autonomously lead the management of public and private tenders, coordinating technical and administrative documentation, and ensuring maximum precision in every bid to guarantee successful awards.

Your main responsibilities will include:

- Preparing bids/budgets for private clients.
- Active search for public tenders.
- Reviewing tender specifications and gathering technical information.
- Periodic meetings with Public Administrations.
- Site visits alongside the demolition/earthworks technician.
- Drafting documentation required in the tender specifications.
- Internal coordination for the submission and review of proposals.
- Monitoring submitted tenders and analyzing results.
- Attending bid opening ceremonies.
- Preparing justifications in cases of abnormally low bids.
