Higher technical training or comparable degree with demonstrable experience in industrial plant management.
Solid experience leading teams in production environments (preferably the food and beverage sector).
Advanced knowledge of food safety regulations, HACCP, and quality standards.
Analytical capacity for cost control, industrial efficiency, and indicator management.
Problem-solving profile, with leadership skills, effective communication, and an orientation toward continuous improvement.
Availability to work at the facilities in Paterna (Valencia).

The role

Do you have experience in the integral management of production plants within the food sector? Would you like to lead the operations of a benchmark company in distribution? At Randstad Professionals, we are looking for profiles like yours to join a solid and constantly growing project.

What you'll do

Organize and direct the production process, including production planning and load management.
Lead and coordinate the production human team.
Guarantee rigorous compliance with quality and food safety requirements.
Manage the design and control of the industrial maintenance plan.
Supervise industrial efficiency indicators (KPIs) and cost control in line with the budget.
Design and execute the plant's investment and improvement plan.
Act as the Food Defense manager and an active member of the HACCP, emergency, and crisis team.
Ensure compliance with GHP, the cleaning and disinfection plan, and total product traceability.
