Academic Training: Engineering, Technical Engineering, or Intermediate or Higher Vocational Training in industrial areas (Mechanics, Electricity, Industrial Maintenance, etc.). - Technical knowledge: Ability to interpret blueprints and technical specifications. Basic notions of control systems, electricity, or quality standards (ISO 9001). - Location: Residence in Robledo (Albacete) or nearby towns. - Soft skills: Organized profile, with leadership skills, high problem-solving capacity, and a firm commitment to occupational safety and the environment.

What you'll do

Operational supervision: Ensuring the correct functioning of the PVC extrusion lines, verifying and adjusting parameters such as temperature, pressure, and speed.
Team management: Coordinating shifts, assigning daily tasks, and training operators in good safety, packaging, and logistics practices.

-Quality assurance: Inspecting the dimensions, finishes, and strength of the manufactured profiles, applying internal sampling protocols.

Maintenance and improvement: Performing minor adjustments to the machinery, communicating incidents to the technical area, and proposing improvements oriented towards energy efficiency and waste reduction.
