The role

Do you have experience in industrial electromechanical maintenance and are you looking for a new professional challenge? Do you reside in Villafranca or its surroundings? If the answer is yes, Randstad is looking for you!

What you'll do

Preventive and corrective maintenance:

Execute periodic preventive maintenance plans on the equipment and infrastructure of the solar park (central/string inverters, transformation centers, solar trackers, and leveling boxes/combiner boxes).
Diagnose, locate, and repair electromechanical faults in a timely manner to minimize technical downtime and maximize plant performance (PR).

Medium and Low Voltage Operation:

Perform safe maneuvers in medium voltage cells, power transformers, and general distribution boards according to technical procedures and safety protocols.
Measurement and verification of electrical parameters (I-V curves, insulation resistance, dielectric strength, continuity, and infrared thermography).

Mechanical and structural systems:

Inspection, adjustment, and lubrication of mechanical systems, fixed structures, and solar tracking systems, including motors, gearboxes, and actuators.
Supervision of the general state of the supporting structure, mechanical fastenings, and solar modules.

Monitoring, control, and reporting:

Support in the verification and calibration of instrumentation, meteorological sensors (pyranometers, anemometers, temperature probes), and SCADA systems.
Recording of incidents, daily work reports, and technical interventions through the CMMS system (maintenance management software).

Requirements

Higher Level Vocational Training in Electromechanics, Industrial Maintenance, and/or similar.
Previous experience in electromechanical maintenance (industrial; experience in other sectors is valued).
Ability to interpret electrical panels
Driver's license B
Comprehensive knowledge in electromechanical maintenance
