Pay & benefits
What you'll get
- Payroll flexibility: You choose whether you prefer to receive your salary in 12 or 15 payments.
- Permanent contract
Highly competitive remuneration package:
- Base Salary: 30,000 gross euros per year (possibility of increasing the base salary if it fits based on competencies).
The role
Do you have a technical background strongly oriented towards electricity? Would you like to join a consolidated team with a competitive salary package full of bonuses?
If you are a versatile person, who has no problem combining machinery maintenance with the maintenance of the facilities themselves... we have 2 vacancies waiting for you!
What you'll do
As an Electromechanical Technician, you will be a key figure in maintaining the plant's operability. Your role will be mixed and very dynamic, taking on tasks such as:
- Machinery Maintenance: Preventive and corrective tasks on production lines, working mainly on rollers and electrical panels (these are, for the most part, simple breakdowns).
- Electrical Specialty: Although the profile is electromechanical, the main weight of your interventions will be electrical.
- Integral Facilities Maintenance (Facility): Resolution of general building issues. We are looking for someone willing to "get their hands dirty" with versatile tasks (from fixing an unhinged door to unclogging a bathroom if necessary).
Requirements
To fit into this position, we are looking for a profile with an excellent attitude towards versatile work:
- Technical experience: Experience in industrial maintenance, with a technical profile where the electrical branch stands out over the mechanical, for around 2 years.
- Attitude and versatility: Total willingness to undertake both machinery repairs and integral maintenance tasks for the building's facilities.
-Availability: Availability to work morning and afternoon shifts. Schedule: Monday to Friday from 8 am to 5 pm with one hour for lunch.
- On-call System: Mandatory availability to perform rotating night and weekend on-call shifts (you will be on call 1 week out of every 5). Initially, no on-call shifts are performed until the person has settled into the position, but once settled, they will perform weekly on-call shifts rotating with colleagues.
- Geographic proximity: It is an essential requirement to reside less than 1 hour from the facilities (located in the Calle Mario Vargas Llosa area) in order to be able to provide an agile response during the on-call week.
- One week every 5, you must be on call during the nights and the weekend.
