Requirements

What we're looking for

  • Intermediate/Higher Vocational Training Cycle (FPII)
  • Blueprint reading: Fluent ability to read and understand electrical, electronic, and hydraulic diagrams as well as mechanical blueprints.
  • Multi-technological knowledge: Mastery of both the mechanical part (gearboxes, gears, basic welding, transmissions) and the electrical part (electrical panels, frequency inverters, PLCs, automation).

What you'll do

  • Assembly and installation: Perform the mechanical and electrical assembly at the client's facilities of the different lifting systems (overhead crane structures, lightweight gantry cranes, scissor lifts, jib cranes, etc.).
  • Connection and wiring: Execute the electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic connection of the equipment according to the technical diagrams.
  • Commissioning: Perform the initial functional tests, calibration of load limiters, limit switches, and ensure that the equipment operates under the required safety parameters before delivering it to the client.
  • Preventive Maintenance: Carry out the scheduled periodic inspections to guarantee safety and extend the useful life of the machines (inspection of cables, hooks, oil levels, brake wear, and the state of electrical components).
  • Corrective Maintenance (Repair): Diagnose mechanical, electrical, or hydraulic faults when equipment fails and proceed with its repair in the shortest time possible so as not to stop the client's production.
