The role

Are you looking for stability and an international environment where you can grow professionally? At Randstad, we are looking for a Customer Care agent with German, with energy, commitment and a customer-oriented approach to join the team.

If you have a good level of German and are motivated to work on long-term projects within a solid structure, this opportunity is for you!

What you'll do

Handle incoming calls, providing information, support and advice to customers.
Manage the opening of new claims over the phone.
Support the organisation and management of received documentation.
Draft and send communications to customers (requests, follow-ups and confirmations).
Collaborate on various day-to-day administrative tasks.

How you'll work

Full-time: Monday to Thursday from 9am to 6pm and Fridays with continuous hours from 9am to 2pm
Hybrid remote work (after the probation period)
Immediate start
