About the role

From the GRUPO RAS VALENCIA office, we are recruiting LOGISTICS ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANTS for a company in the LOGISTICS SECTOR located in ANTEQUERA.

What you'll do

  • Management, control, and filing of delivery notes, invoices, and transport documentation

  • Control of stock entries and exits.

  • Coordination with carriers and management of associated documentation

  • Management and monitoring of customer and supplier orders

  • Phone and email communication with customers and suppliers.

  • Preparation of reports and logistics summaries.                                                                                           

What you'll get

  • Temporary contract through a staffing agency, + possibility of joining the company's permanent staff.

  • Salary: €11.21 gross/hour.

How you'll work

  • Monday to Friday schedule with a split shift. 08:00 - 17:00

  • Full-time working day of 40 hours per week.

  • Intermediate or Advanced Vocational Training in Administration, Logistics, Transport, or a related field.

  • At least 1 year of previous experience as a logistics administrative assistant or in a similar role.                                         

  • Advanced knowledge of office software

  • Experience with SAP or other ERP systems.   

  • Knowledge of logistics documentation.

  • Valid driver's license and own vehicle to get to work.

  • Communication skills and ability to work in a team.

  • Dynamic, flexible profile with a high capacity for work and resilience to stress.
