What we're looking for

Compulsory Secondary Education (ESO) degree or equivalent training.
Valuable complementary training in Administration, Document Management, Accounting, or related areas.
Previous experience in administrative functions, preferably in logistics, warehouse, or operations administration.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook).
Native or high level of Spanish.
Valuable experience with ERP management programs.
Organized, methodical person, with attention to detail and the ability to manage documentation effectively.
Teamwork, planning, and administrative organization skills.

The hiring is to provide support for a temporary increase in workload, with possibilities of continuity depending on the evolution of the project and performance.

What you'll do

Review, verify, and cross-check delivery notes and logistics documentation.
Manage and archive physical and digital documentation, guaranteeing correct document management.
Provide administrative support to the logistics department and internal coordination.
Collaborate in invoicing tasks, document control, and database updates.
Keep information updated in management systems, ERP, and Office Suite tools.
Perform administrative follow-up of internal processes and operational documentation.
