- Contract through an ETT (temporary employment agency) with the possibility of permanent hiring by the company.
- Schedule: Monday to Thursday from 08:00h to 17:00h (1h for lunch) and Friday from 7h to 15h.

We are looking for a LOGISTICS ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT for a company mainly dedicated to handling, packaging, labeling, assembly, and packing services, focusing on perfumery and cosmetics, located in Polinyà.
What you'll do
- Reception of carriers.
- Monthly reports and closings.
- Generating line supplies according to manufacturing needs and monitoring them.
- Stock control and incident resolution for material shortages/surpluses.
- Inventory management.
- Monitoring manufacturing orders to meet the forecast agreed upon with the client and supporting supervisors to reach objectives.
- Documentary closing of orders and verification of loads.
- Computerized entry of materials unloaded in the warehouse (SAP / IRIS / GS) and notification of incidents should they exist.
- Managing files and archives.
Requirements
Minimum of 2 years of experience.
Experience with SAP.
Communication skills (both oral and written) and a good predisposition for teamwork.
