What we're looking for

• Previous experience in a kitchen, preferably in catering.

• Knowledge or experience in Mediterranean cuisine.

• Food handling certificate.

• Ability to organize, work in a team, and adapt to the pace of service.

• Availability to work weekends and holidays.

• Own vehicle or scooter to access the workplace, due to its location.

Nice to have

• Vocational training or occupational training (FPO) in cooking, valued.

The role

From the RAS ALZIRA office, we are selecting a KITCHEN ASSISTANT for a restaurant located in ALZIRA.

What you'll do

👌 YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

• Support in the preparation and making of dishes, following the instructions of the kitchen team.

• Preparation of ingredients and performing mise en place tasks.

• Collaboration in the preparation of Mediterranean cuisine recipes.

• Organization and replenishment of raw materials and utensils necessary for service.

• Maintenance of order, cleanliness, and the correct organization of the work area.

• Compliance with hygiene, food safety, and food handling regulations.

• Coordination with the rest of the team to guarantee agile and quality service.

How you'll work

• Two consecutive days off during the week.

• Indicative start time: at 10:00 h from Monday to Friday and before 9:30 h on Saturdays, depending on planning.
